I’ve never felt safer or more cared for! Incredibly grateful for the well organized process and system of Blodgett Dental Care‘s dental tourism program. If you are like me, and this is not your first rodeo with infected root canals, or implants you can stop looking because this is the place. If this is your first experience, save yourself the trouble and let Blodgett Dental Care be your first experience. My prior experiences were so terrible. I developed major, dental anxiety. The good news is, I learned exactly what to look for, I did my research and that’s how I found Blodgett Dental Care. Trust me, a practice like this is worth flying for. With every call, every step, every communication through the process my nervousness would quickly fade away. Dr Kelly Blodgett and his extraordinary team have not only created a warm family environment, but they treat you like you are part of that family, providing heartfelt, white glove care. Every time I called, every time I came in from my first new patient appointment to the days following my surgery/postop. I honestly felt like I was the only patient in the building of course there were other patients, but the way they schedule and organize what they’re doing and their time they build this feeling to make me and others feel so special. I would probably need to write at least 10 more paragraphs to share all of the bells, whistles, technical devices, and fun resources on the wellness side of the facility in addition to the dental side of the facility that Dr. Blodgett and his team used to help you prepare for optimal results during your surgery and post-op! I felt like I was at a spa! I originally planned to have one root canal extracted it was infected, I had two other root canals that Dr. Blodgett kindly x-rayed and tested for me to see if they in fact looked like they were causing inflammation and he could see they were. Even though it wasn’t part of my plan while I was there, he made the extra time to have the two other root canals that were infected pulled, one of them being a molar. I was so concerned that this would be complicated, but he looked at me and said no problem we’ve got this. You can tell when someone is skilled, confident and cares about people and Dr. Blodgett is one of those experts. He is so in tuned with his patience and takes his time, uses again, lots of technology along with his know how to make sure that his work is holistically and thoroughly done using technology and his expertise (again, all of the tools he uses simply blow my mind you can find many of them listed on his website)! In addition to the infected three root canals being pulled, I had two zirconia implants placed in right away; further, I had something going on with the teeth next to them. I had four other crowns removed and the teeth underneath cleaned up so they would be happy and healthy. Dr. Brimhall made me these absolutely perfect fitting composite to cover and protect the areas where work was done. My husband can’t even tell that I had anything done! I don’t think I’ve ever had such comfortable temporary composites in my mouth. Dr. Bramhall is a true craftsman. Oh, and by the way, the best part is no sticky, gummy yucky trays came anywhere near my mouth! Like I said, Blodgett Dental Care has the top-of-the-line tools and technology no gagging gummy trays needed! I was in surgery for a little more than 6 hours, it felt more like two or three. Dr. Blodgett Katie and Dr. Bramhall were so entertaining, calm, and patient… not once did he rush, and again he is incredibly skilled. I should note that this is the first time I haven’t felt a scratching in the back of my throat from having crowns cut off… That is a first for me and a huge plus! I have to credit Dr. Blodgett‘s technique and Katie‘s excellent assistantship! Not only did I feel relaxed the entire time, no I did not have gas. No, I didn’t take any pills, no I was not knocked out or under a general Anastasia. I did have two little clips on my ears attached to a device that created an electric pose that probably helped me stay calm (mind you this is the integrative holistic approach I value so much). Frankly, the whole experience was more relaxing than getting my teeth cleaned. Also, I really appreciate all of the things that Dr. Blodgett shares about what he sees in your mouth and what he knows about his expertise, his training experiences he’s had himself. The staff members share their own experiences. There is zero shaming zero pushing you to do all the things that probably need done in your mouth. Just support and guidance and options. I’m so happy I found this special holistic and biological dental Zion! if there were more facilities modeled after what Dr. Blodgett has created here, the dental industry and health and wellness industry would be a much better place; I love it here, this is my place, my oral health and wellness home. I am so grateful for you Dr. Kelly Blodgett, Dr. Brimhall, Emily, Katie, Claire, Julia, Sarah B, Sara S, Sierra, and Kaylee. They say it takes a village, and each one of these incredible people were not only experts in their field, but equally as kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, joyful, and just the kind of people that you feel like you could go grab a a coffee or a stroll -I have to share this because it’s so rare to meet a group who is valued and valuable.
